By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Built Compliance offers house inspection services to assess the condition of residential properties. Our services may include but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive visual inspections 

• Report generation detailing findings 

• Recommendations for repairs and improvements

Clients agree to: 
 

• Provide accurate and complete property information. 

• Ensure access to the property on the scheduled inspection date. 

• Notify Built Compliance of any known issues or concerns regarding the property prior to the inspection. 

• All fees for services must be paid in full at the time of service or as otherwise specified in a written agreement. 

• Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS or Credit card. 

• Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Inspection reports will be provided within 7 days after the inspection.

• Reports are based on visual observations and do not guarantee the absence of defects or future issues.

• Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection and ask questions.

• Built Compliance will conduct inspections with reasonable care and diligence but does not guarantee the accuracy of findings. 

• Built Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the inspection or report.

• In no event shall our liability exceed the total fees paid for the inspection services

All client information and inspection reports shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

• Clients may cancel or reschedule an inspection up to 2 days before the scheduled date without penalty. 

• Cancellations made within 1 day may incur a cancellation fee of $150. 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of Victoria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts in the State of Victoria. 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
